Questo è il luogo in cui parlo di cose profumate: che incontro, studio, cerco e, soprattutto, faccio. Ci sono altri posti dove parlo di altre cose: soprattutto cose persiane ed esegesi, sciismo e sufismo. Sono libri e articoli, soprattutto, e lo faccio per lavoro. Detto ciò, questo non significa che non non mi capiterà di parlare di cose persiane qui, o che non mi capiti di parlare di cose profumate altrove. This is a place where I talk about scented things. Things that I smell, come across with and, primarily, make. There are other places where I talk about different things: things related to Persia, exegesis, Shiism and Sufism. Books and articles, most of all, and I do it as a job. This said, it doesn’t mean that I will not be talking about Persian things here, or  do not touch upon scented things elsewhere – I have an ingrained tendency to move things around.
